My review consists of the 2 ladies on the counter today. I gave a 5 star without having food, the fact of the smell and looks were good enough. I ordered on app, so it was convenient for myself and staff. Do to circumstances, ? remain locked. I needed to use so I politely asked. Name tags at this location are very dark so not legible. So I didn't feel the need to ask. The staff member was more than helpful and quick response. When I came back to pick up my coffee it had not been made yet. The two of them were extremely busy. When mentioned about the coffee, The staff member preparing orders. Apologized and poured a fresh brewed coffee. Most would not have taken responsibility for this mishap. Thank you for your acknowledge that was worth a 5 star great service !!!

Cross contamination observed at this store meat and not meat products handled with the same gloves, tongs not used, complaint sent to head office. Vegetarian options will have particles on bagel, scones, lettuce, tomato, cream cheese. All I got was a generic email saying that Tim Hortons takes this seriously, pathetic and they don't appreciate customer loyalty. I bought items from this store, when I saw the cross contamination, I was shocked and as a result didn't consume the bagels I had bought and threw them in the bin.

Badly treat every customer manager, washroom is locked every time,I ask the can you open the washroom,he say very rude I finished the customer line up you can wait here 5-10 mint.

This was by first, the worst experience I’ve ever had added Tim Hortons. I went in and found out that it had a huge lineup. And the doors for the washroom was locked. I kindly waited in line to get a key for the washroom. And they told me you need to wait until the lineup is gone so somebody can come out and unlock the door. I stood there for almost 10 minutes. And watched five more people come in and they said that they wouldn’t open the door until the line was gone. I got out and the lineup was out the door. After I had yelled at somebody to open the door for me before I made a mess on their floor. And they still did not apologize and did not show any empathy to the fact that I needed to use the restroom and that I needed to wait for them to no longer have any customers.
