one of the worst tim in hamilton , always when we come to pick up doordash order , never got a order ready on time , always we have to wait for 15 minutes , they always waste a time ,its better to turn your doordash or uber off , if you are not able to prepare a order , delivery driver donot want to make their customer waiting at home .

We called to order 12 pack x2 of coffee as we have a large group event. The phone connection was terrible. We called back again as the line fell. Same thing happened. We needed up calling another location no issues

I ordered a large iced coffee and received a piece of broom bristle in the drink. It tasted like degreaser. Simply put, hire people who take their job seriously. The amount of times I go to a Tim Hortons and my order is correct is a 50% chance.

No parking, rude staff, no bathroom, ignore walk in customers and serve skip the dishes customers who walk in and push in front of you. I had to park in the paint store parking lot beside them then waited while they served 3 skip the dishes people who came in well after me. They basically ignored me and then were rude and messed my simple coffee order up. Store should not be allowed to have sales in side if they do not provide bathrooms or parking. Also all 3 skip the dishes customers also parked in the same parking lot I did but 2 of those 3 blocked the entrance to the business and the other parked directly in front of that store where it clearly states it is for their customers. I know there was a sign because I went in the paint store to ask if I could park there and they said yes but please park in the spots closest to Upper James so their customers had parking closest to store.

The worst tim hortons in Hamilton. Half of the staff are very disrespectful and always give the worst drinks. Very disappointed.
Said closed at 4 but wouldn’t allow anyone in at 3:40. Horrible customer service
