Old staff was great, friendly, knew your order and was pretty efficient considering low staff. now apparently there is new owners who got rid of all the old staff. Now you gotta wait 25min for a wrong order. I stopped going to concession st for the same reason now ive gotta stop going to this one. I now drive in the opposite direction to go to fennel and upper gage they generally are alot better.

I was in yesterday to see owners throwing things across the store and onto the floors. Cups and lids and left it for employees to clean up. Employees were terrified. Place has gone downhill.

Very bad service and very bad bagels and coffees I order a everything bagel toasted with a little bit of butter and they gave me a everything bagel with a lot of butter I had to go back and get a new bagel. The coffee I ordered was a medium regular and they gave me and small French vanilla. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DONT RECOMMEND!!!

Very bad coffee and bagels I asked for a regular coffee and they made it very sweet like a French vanilla and I asked for everything bagel with little bit butter they gave me a everything bagel with a lot of butter I had to go back and get another new bagel. DONT RECOMMEND!!!

This Tim Hortons has gone to the dumps, the new owner thinks they can come in and change everything and cut hours and alot of the old staff are gone. I won't be giving this place alot of business anymore the owner is greety and obviously dont care about the place or the staff. I can see what's happening here and alot of customers don't like it

WOW things have changed recently and it does not go unnoticed. I have been coming to this Tim Hortons since a teenager. Over 10 years. They have always been quick and cheerful. They greet everyone and have that line down in seconds, TODAY WAS A NIGHTMARE. The screens were down, mobile orders were over 25 minutes to get... realizing our mobiles were behind the counter so we had to get someones attention or stand in the 30 minute line. I am not kidding, we timed it, people were walking away from the store, the line was over 30 minutes and not moving. There was one worker in the back, unsure what she was up to but she wasnt supportive. 1 Cashier and 1 back, it was a disaster. YOU CAN SEE new management and NEW staff are not a right fit. This Tim Hortons in the mall serves tons of people a day and they need the original staff or someone who can keep up!

I went to this place on 5th feb 2024 at 2'o clock . I had a very bad experience. There was a line already and i joined it but all of a sudden when cashier saw me , she was like you need to wait where the sign says the line starts from here . I did not react to that because it was my turn to be served and after that the cashier was nodding her head . I was not rude at all , did not say literally anything. Then she took my order and throw it on the table. Horrible experience. She was not respectful at all .. she ruined my day .

I can't believe how bad the new but not new doughnuts are, garbage they taste stale and not much flavour tbh!! This is my fav location but these doughnuts got to go lol. Tim Hortons baked goods have gone down since they stopped baking fresh and brought in frozen. The staff here are the best, always know my order right away, love it! It's not their fault their doughnuts suck lol also they consider them specialty doughnuts , so the price is different. There's nothing special about them. ?

I come to this particular Tim Horton's because they have the ever-so-rare, Chocolate Éclair Donut. Unfortunately, nearly every time I've purchased it, their servers either don't know or don't care about how to pack it, so that the chocolate on top doesn't stick.On one visit, I ordered two & for whatever reason, they decided to stick the two together in one small box with the chocolate sides facing each other. Guess what happened?! On another visit, again, I ordered another two. This time, I asked for two separate small boxes, thinking that would solve the issue. Was I ever wrong! The Server decided that out of all the positions to put them in, the upside down position with the chocolate-side facing the bottom of the box would be the most logical way! Again, guess what happened?!? Nothing like peeling a donut from each other or from the box itself.I mean, is it really that difficult to put the donut with the chocolate-side facing upwards so that it doesn't touch the box surfaces?! Safe to say, I won't come back to this location.
