This has to be the friendlies Tim Hortons around. The staff are so friendly and up beat. Sometimes the lines are a bit long but I'd rather wait a few minutes and get good service at busy times then get through quick with terrible food and service. Good Job

Mismanaged. When their drive thru gets busy, this location would rather let the que overflow and block and entire lane of traffic on a main road (Burlington) than open BOTH its drive thru lanes to ease the line up, they only use one and it's the one closest to the main street ??♂️ Common sense...

Went through drive through and watched an older staff member shove a young woman. He was still working on the floor when I drove up. I was left appalled and will not be coming back.

"I've noticed some concerning issues at the Tim Hortons location on Sherman Ave N.Staff consistently struggle with basic tasks like cracking eggs without getting shells in the food. Additionally, there are issues with employees being openly belittled and bullied by their short, red-haired manager in from the of customers.This ultimately raises questions about the management's effectiveness, and it appears that the corporation blatantly chooses to turn blind eyes of these concerns.Tim Hortons often emphasizes the importance of customers providing feedback, but doesn’t take action and thinks people should give more of there free time because of it.Personally if my company executives where making 231,463 and up a year and underperforming this poorly with operations managing heads would roll at all levels, starting with the fool that thinks it’s okay to ask customers to do are investing for us for free.
