Everything was very good, except for the atmosphere that was not comfortable. We could not sit for a long time with our children because there were people who clearly did not have housing. They were occupying the side near the heater, placing their luggage and walking around the place. One of them was coughing violently near the customers, which made me take my children and leave quickly. The chaos was spreading throughout the place. Everyone was unhappy with the situation there
It was a quick in and out visit but the place doesn't seem very welcoming though. Also there are the same set of people truck and cars that are at the side. Its great to see some regulars having a spot to get together and enjoy some conversation instead of social media. Isn't that the point of coffee shops anyways :)Parking: Sometimes they get full but not for long periods so you should be good for finding a quick spot to park

Service is slow at times (thank goodness there's no drive thru here to slow down the service further). Few friendly staff here although I must say the newer, younger employees are horrible. I would not recommend ordering through Skip The Dishes, Uber Eats etc as I've several times have waited up to 2 hours for small orders, truly pathetic. Also a heads up I have spotted the odd pests like cockroaches here around the tables.
