It was on feb 23rd at time of 8:15pm, i went to drive-thru for order, it was a male boy, I asked for potato-wedges, usually whenever client asked for anything and employees dont have it they say sorry sir/mam we dont have it, but this guy with rude tone said ‘NO’! Wth? Is it the way to talk with customer? I got so mad but I didnt said anything and left the place, I know day can be rough but I was being polite and there no way in hell you response to customer like that when they are being polite

We have been going here for over 10 years now... Everything is still amazing people, rides, famous pumpkin donuts. However the prices as they have grown and gotten busier are crazy. It should cost a parent $70-$100 to go out with. 2 year old and a 11 year old for a fun day at the pumpkin patch.

As everyone says when they get terrible service, I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I’ve been going to this place for years and have never had an issue with it, untilabout 2 weeks ago. Whenever I go there, which is almost every single day, they are consistently getting my order wrong these past couple of weeks. The thing is, my order isn’t complicated. I order the same thing every time I go there, a medium iced coffee. Now, about every single time I go they have been giving me black iced coffee… it’s not even like the smallest difference, you can physically see it. I finally go up there and make a complaint to the manager. She says “Oh so sorry” and then does not do ANYTHING about it?? What kind of management is this? Not coming to this place again, and to anyone reading this, I’d advise you not to either.

Driver thru lady was absolutely rude to me. I ordered 2 black coffees and she hands me 3 . I told her sorry I only said 2, she says “well I heard 3” as If she’s right and I’m wrong… I know what I ordered and who I’m ordering for. I did not get my money back for the 3rd coffee, she closed the window one after she aggressively took the third coffee.

the food is very consistently good and fresh, and the drinks have absolutely no issue, however after 4pm or so, their stock starts to dwindle and they won't have many pastries or food items to choose from. there are also times the location is fairly understaffed for the amount of consistent traffic they're receiving.the inside of the store is located within a gas station store, so lining up and ordering can feel messy and unintuitiveoverall far from a bad tim hortons, the only major issue is their frequently lacking inventory.wheelchair accessibility is terrible, due to it being within a store id imagine it being annoying to navigate around to the tims counter.Wheelchair accessibility: wheelchair accessibility is terrible, due to it being within a store id imagine it being annoying to navigate around to the tims counter.
