So I went to this Tim Hortons before I hit the road for the highway, ordered a fudge brownie iced latte and a bagel toasted with butter(keyword toasted not charred but we will touch on that soon). They were out of pretty much anything a normal customer would want(bagels, croissants, donuts, ESPRESSO) and the service was just poor. Worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. It’s close to my house so I’ve gone many times to get a quick bit when I’m in a rush. Donuts and muffins are always stale as if they were made a week ago, workers are grumpy and spiritless, there’s always homeless people inside yelling, foods usually either burnt or only cooked on one side, and no effort is made to make your experience there a good one.

It’s my 3rd and last time I try to get something there. I mobile order everything I want and when get there there’s nothing I ordered and I need to switch for what they have, which btw is not that much. There’s always just 1 employee to provide everything, customer by customer. The atmosphere seems like a green mile, your last wish, despite being clean. The trays are usually empty or with basic food and the feature items just forget them
