No greeting, no smile & then they will chat to coworkers while dealing with you like you don't even exist. Extremely rude staff. We are human beings. If I smile and say hello for free you should be able to do it while being paid. Absolutely unacceptableUpdate: No. I will not be contacting anyone else to assist. Hire better staff and train them in basic manners.
Impossible to get a complete order anymore without error. Half staff congregates together talking at all times while 1 or 2 that understand an speak good English actually works.Terrible what Tim Hortons has turned into. Worst Tim Hortons in the city of Hamilton.
