Went through Tim Hortons drive-through. The lady that took my order only need me a steep tea with nothing in it cut me off when I was adding my items inside note sugar/milk got to the window employee said you got steep tea I said yes and asked question what did you guys put in my CT the employee came back said nothing just a tea so when the person taking orders cut me off, nothing was put in my order never go back there on a Sunday employees. Do not care Monday to Friday. Staff always gets my order correct and Reese your order back to you before you come up to window

Very disappointed. There was only 1 employee 1st I went inside and there was 2 customers in front of me but after waiting 10 minutes in the line she didn't took the order any of us I left and went to the drive thru there was several cars in front of me finally I place the order and after waiting so long I reached to the window and she said I'm sorry we don't have icedCap it was such a waste of time.

Terrible experience and service. Rarely has ice cap machine working and never lets you know prior to entering drive through. Go to order and get stuck in drive through line with nothing and they couldn’t care less. It’s time they issue a come back card or something as wasting people’s time when they chose to come to your buisness time after time and get the short end of the stick has to end.

if I could give this location a zero I would. every order is messed up. I was handed a cookie when I ordered a muffin. they rectified this, but I didn't check the bag when handed to me. They gave me the wrong muffin. Sadly there's an issue with ordering regularly. when you let them know THEY got your order wrong, they're rude about it. I worked at Tim Hortons when I was 16. it's really not that difficult.

Had a poor experience here....ordered 1 small iced cap and 1 medium iced coffee black at the drive thru, had to repeat myself thrice to confirm the order, then was given only the iced cap, and had to ask for the medium iced black again, was given a small iced black instead and the attitude was just not right.

They ran out of regular sandwich buns for my turkey bacon club so I was offered it on a bagel, which is fine. However, was given 1 single slice of turkey, NO bacon, 4 pieces of lettuce and a huge amount of mayonnaise… how is this worth my $8? Truly disappointing.

There was only one lady in front of me, and it took forever to get served. This is the second time I've been to this location, and the service was extremely slow . I'll try not to go to that location again.Vegetarian options: nothing to choose from with regards to sandwiches for non meat eaters

Denny the assistant manager was a bit upset when I brought my service dog into the store. He swore at me and refused service but apologized once he understood the situation and admitted he was mistaken we shook hands and came to a mutual understanding. At first I was extremely upset but, once we spoke more we both realized why there was confusion. At the end I am happy we resolved our differences but unfortunately, I was not interested in purchasing anything after that.Parking: 4 spots in front of store

Today was the worst experience I have ever had at a Tim Hortons, I ordered the new coconut vanilla hot latte and was served something freezing cold in a medium hot beverage cup, I checked the contents of the cup before driving away to notice there was no coconut on top (not a big deal mistakes happen) then got the window employee to fix the mistake nicely. I then took a sip while driving away to notice it was freezing cold as cold as the whipped topping that’s supposed to be on the top along with the coconut so then went into storefront to get this beverage fixed for the second time. While entering the store I could hear rap/hip hop blaring with swearing and some explicit language(you could hear this at front counter while paying for gas)I then was given what I thought was now my correct beverage to find no vanilla flavouring what so ever and no whipped topping! Please if you can do not go to this Timmy’s you will be in for a very big surprise literally because you don’t get served what you order.
