Horrible service, the attendant made me wait her serve lots of customers before giving me the key to the washroom that was an arm from her. This should take her a couple of seconds, but her insensibility and arrogance made me wait around 5 minutes torturing myself with a great urge to pee.I also let go of buying anything in this Tim Hortons store.Simply terrifing experience.

Today, I visited Tim Hortons, and unfortunately, the staff's behavior was quite unpleasant. When I inquired about the availability of wraps, the response I received was discourteous. I have gotten a Hot chocolate everyday this week from this Tim Horton's and it is basically just hot water with a slight taste of Chocolate. Anytime I get it from any other Tim Horton's it's made regular.If going in for a hot chocolate, I would recommend brining your own tin of hot chocolate to add to it, as it won't be drinkable.

People who work the drive thru are extremely rude. Morning and evening shift. However, the girl who works the evening shift took my change and just put it on the window sill and closed the window. Even though it was 25 cents. That was not your tip. That was my change. Doesn't matter if it's $50 or 5 cents. You stole from me.
Daily, trucks park on the street to "run in" to this location. Parkdale is a "No Stopping" street and these drivers also routinely block commercial approaches of other businesses, fire hydrants, bus stops, and on more than one occasion have neglected to engage their brakes and have their rig roll down the street. It is irresponsible, illegal, and ultimately just dangerous to other drivers and pedestrians.Personally, I'm sick of it. I had a confrontation with a driver this evening about it (Nov 30). Bylaw and our Ward 4 councilor have already been involved and I want to give the owner/manager of this location the opportunity to join in the conversation.I wanted the contact information but your shift supervisor tonight (refused to share her name) was unwilling to provide it, I am assuming you read your reviews though.Moving forward and if I am ignored here, when my driveway gets blocked maybe my car will just happen to break down in the drive thru? I look forward to hearing from you.
