Stopped by to get a black iced capp. Was informed by the staff that the owner would not allow them to make it without cream or milk because it will break the mixer. Told store I didnt want it mixed and was told it woukd make me sick if it wasnt mixed. . In the last 5 years I have never been told this. Drove to the next store just up the street and got the drink made. Staff there knew nothing about machines breaking. Horrible experience and will bypass this store in the future. Would love to hear from the owner.

This is my "Go To Hortons". I'll go out of my way, several times each day if need be.(Several years now) Always tip when using cash. They have a Super Great staff, and are Very friendly!. I've very rarely have a problem with my orders. I've even ordered extra item's at the pay window without and incident. Not sure why some comments are calling them racist and rude!?...Anyways, the only problem I seem to have, is getting a proper "Iced Coffee", yet again. I honestly do hate to complain, especially to a great staff but, "especially on Sundays", and once/twice during the week my Iced coffee either has very little or no base (sugar) at all. This happened back in the summer time but was corrected. As of late, it's been happening almost daily. I've even explained at the order & pay window several times, hoping someone would bring it up in house. Making a complaint has been my last option. Perfect example today: I placed a morning order and everything was fine but my Iced coffee. I went back a second time, placed another order as I do daily, and explained to the Sunday staff, " I was in early and had very little base (sugar) in my coffee, could you please give me some on the side as this happens often lately ". I've received extra base several times without incident but today was told, "we don't do that, it only comes in a big bottle". Eventually another staff member told her, "give him some in a espresso cup". I drove away and sure enough I had very little base! I used what was in the cup I was given, but unfortunately it was aprox an 1/8" (pretty much an empty cup). I have a big bottle of base at home just for this reason but, it's just not the same as Hortons base. It gets frustrating after awhile. Everybody's hot coffees I order are fine, but they just can't seem to make a proper cold coffee as of late. As I stated previously, I do so hate to complain. Maybe you can speak to your staff about how to make an Iced coffee? I'd love to remove this comment asap. Thanks...EDIT: 3ish weeks later. Still can't get a proper Iced coffee. ??? Either no base or a cup of ice, leaving 1/4 cup of coffee. Why is it so difficult to make a cold coffee? If you can make a hot coffee, then I'm starting to think it's laziness! To have this comment up, for as long as it has been, I'm surprised management still hasn't done a single thing about it. I'm probably coming off a bit peved, it's because I am!. In the past 3 weeks I've maybe received 8-10 properly made, out of 42! That's a 25% success rate. That also well over $100 just these past few weeks.This is ridiculous. If you drink iced coffee I would recommend don't go to this Hortons.

Chelsea the "manager" has a terrible attitude and treats customers with no respect. Will NOT be returning because of her poor attitude. Absolutely disgusting

Pretty much only good for drive thru services. The inside is very small. There's no public washroom.Parking: Kind of in a small crowded parking lot.

I asked him what they were currently serving and he said what did i just say? i told him that he does not have to be rude and he started getting mad and defensive. Would not

When I ask for very light cream cheese instead this so what I get. I didn’t ask for the whole container. Please get your orders right for once please. This location is very incompetent and very frustrating to deal with no one here knows how to do anything right and I have been seeing a lot of comments about the older lady that works there she is extremely disrespectful and rude in every way and also correct she is extremely racist to any one who is not white. Tim hortons you need to get your priorities in check.
