Just got a chicken wrap after being told that they were out of sausage. When i got the wrap it only had one piece of chicken... wouldve way rather them just tell me that
I pick up my mobile order from this location a few times a week. On Thursday I ordered a coffee and yogurt (don't usually order yogurt). When I arrived, I grabbed the coffee and left. I called in and let them know I forgot, and on Friday when I went, they had my yogurt sitting with my coffee. Didn't even have to ask. May seem like a small thing, but that was some real customer service. Much appreciated!
