Had a very disappointing evening last night. The service took forever. I tried to enjoy a night out with my young son so I wouldn’t have to cook, and he became agitated from sitting and waiting so long. I had to leave my card with my in laws to pay my bill so I could get him home, I waited 15 minutes after she brought the bill and she still hadn’t returned with the machine.If you’re looking to spend less than 2 hours in a restaurant, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Really pricing yourselves out of the market and losing a lot of potential business. 800% profit markup. The good things here do not make up for the astronomical price gouging. Would have cost near 30 bucks for not even 2 pints! Management should be ashamed!

It was okay. The very young wait staff made an odd decision with a reservation but the manager noticed the mistake right away and fixed it. The food came out pretty slow and one of our, table of 5’s plates came out burnt on their ribs. It was kind of generic food for such high prices.

The best fish and chips in Waterdown.Overall great food and I have been many times and only on a single occasion where the service was poor as the young waiter was not as attentive as the rest of their colleagues generally are with everyone else.Parking: Depends when you arrive as it is located next to a shoppers which can prove to be busy at times.
Over the course of a month, I’ve had two family members get food poisoning from this Turtle Jack’s location. Both times, chicken was ordered but not cooked properly. It’s a shame since I do enjoy this location however I won’t be back anymore after these experiences…more care needs to be put into the quality of food you serve to your guests.
We had a team hockey party here and it was the best and most efficient experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant with a team. We were welcomed by the owner and he didn’t hesitate to make sure we were all set and had what we needed. Our waitress was amazing - food was delicious and came out earlier than expected. We would definitely eat here again! Thank you.

Don't get their steaks its tougher than what i make at home. Their Blackened Basa is way too salty. Their Nacho is solid choice. You have been advised.
