Absolutely terrible service! Called in an order ahead of time and was told 30 minutes. Arrived after waiting 35 minutes to the front packed with antsy customers. Was told it would be “7 minutes”… 30 minutes later after voicing my concerns, was told “2 minutes”. Waited another 15 minutes… an extra 45 minutes in total. Workers did not care. Many other customers orders were wrong…The guy behind the counter was yelling at the ladies and customers. As a family, we usually always order from Venice Beach Pizzeria but will NEVER order again!!!

I tried Venice Beach Pizza this weekend after seeing some good reviews. Service was okay, and the pizza came out on time. Total came to $19 for a medium three topping pizza, seemed a little high compared to some other places. The pizza was good, the toppings were plenty as was the cheese, was all cooked nicely. The sauce was good, a little on the sweet side. The crust was okay, a little tough on the edges and didn’t have much flavour. The house dipping sauce that came with the pizza was really good, almost like a garlic dill sauce. Overall it was a good pizza and would recommend you check them out if you’re in the area.

Great pizza for a great price. My only issue with them is their quality goes down during dinner time due to the large influx of orders. So I just order before or after that and I am literally never disappointed I always order the deluxe

I’ve been going here since i was 8 years old and i’m nearly 18. the place hasn’t changed in 10 years. the food is still incredible and the customer service is great. they have always been very kind people and have great food for a great price. if i had to recommend any pizza place in hamilton to a visitor it would be Venice. 10/10 everything.
