Ive been coming to this particular Wendys since it opened in 1975.Today I stood at the order counter for 5 minutes nobody else just myself , staff walking back and forth , nobody even acknowledged me being there.Since the management or owners have changed the service has become a joke. The people are your business, take care of them.

They had a sign by the register that offered a cinnabon and coffee for $5.00The cashier didn't even know what I was talking about. She came over to my side of the counter and still didn't know what to do. She had no idea how to ring it up so I didn't get the offer. The cinnabon was under cooked too.

Would not recommend this location the staff as well as the manager are disrespectful, argumentative, unprofessional, and overall poor experience and unpleasant to interact with you can really find better service at any other restaurants on the street if you value good service and decent human behaviour avoid this

I went there 45 minutes before they close into their drive through. They told me to hold on Add the order speaker and Forgot I was there. This was the most horrible fast food experience I ever had. And I will never go to a Wendy's in Hamilton ever again. I had to go to a and w just on the street and spend more money on food. I didn't want I wanted Wendy's.
