Horrible customer service. The cashier refused to let me use the restroom all because I had to order to use it. Absolutely ridiculous I’d recommend avoiding this location.

We have had to go back multiple times due to them making our food wrong or forgetting items. After going to get our remake food, we sat in the parking lot to check and once again the exact same thing was missing. Their customer service was unprofessional and when we asked for a name or Head offices # they joked and wouldn’t provide either. Save yourself the 4 mins drive difference and go to the Queenston location. For how much they charge we shouldn't have to check the bag and find something missing every single time.

Wish I could give 0 stars this Wendy’s absolutely sucks the staff are too incompetent to ever get your order right and when they do it’s cold. Drive down the street to the queenston location so you’re not disappointed.

Every single time I order a pop it tastes like cleaning chemicals. Breakfast sandwiches always have egg shell in them. Never had this problem at any other location.

Went to the drive thru for a Dave's Bacon Delux Combo Sat Feb 10th around 5pm. Asked for a Honey Mustard sauce which I was charged $0.50 for which is np, drive around, checked my bag and NO SAUCE in the bag. Got out of my truck and went inside to ask them for the sauce and the young woman who supposedly put the sauce in the bag was addiment that she put it in the bag. I had the bag with me and said she can check if she likes. She touches all my found with her dirty hands while looking through the bag, I mean fries and everything without washing her hands, she sees there is no sauce in the bag and then proceeded to tell me again she put it in the bag. So I asked if she thought I would be lying about a $0.50 sauce and she kept repeating that she put it in the bag. Just being plain rude about it. About 4-5 of the other employees didn't step in, just watched her be rude and disgusting without saying a word to her. Employees have No customer service, gave no apology, and had no care as to the customer being right or just no care for the place of business they are wroking. Just trashy behaviour from the young female employee. As a business owner myself, I would never have anyone like that working for me. Also, Check your bag before leaving drive thru window. Or just stay away from this place. Food is always mediocre anyway.

We had an absolute terrible experience and we didn't even get to order. We stopped in on Feb 19, 2024 about 1:15pm or so. We had already been in the car for a couple of hour's driving to see family. We were hungry and had to use the washroom. While my husband stood in line, looking at the menu to decide, my 7 year old son desperately needed to go pee. He was dancing and holding himself. We went there and the door was locked.. for customers only. Thats fine, we were going to order. I KINDLY ASK THE CASHIER TO PLEASE UNLOCK THE DOOR SO MY SON COULD USE THE WASHROOM. SHE REFUSED, STATING THAT WE HAD TO BUY SOMETHING FIRST. THERE WAS ONE MAN AHEAD OF US WHO ALLOWED US TO GO AHEAD, SEEING HOW DESPERATE WE WERE TO USE THE WASHROOM. MY HUSBAND, HOWEVER, WAS NOT READY TO ORDER SO I ASKED THE CASHIER AGAIN.PLEASE Unlock the door for us. She absolutely refused. I had to take my son out to a bush in front of the drive-through so he could pee and not pee on the floor of the restaurant! When he was done, I ordered him and my husband into the car because we were leaving. I went back inside and told them that they forced a seven-year-old to pee in a bush in front of the drive-through and I hope they were proud. We went to a different Wendy's location. I was able to use the unlocked washroom without ordering first and without issue.

Staff apparently isn't trained to know their own promotions. Spent 20 minutes on the bus because I wanted a Bacon Portabella Melt. Got there and tried to order one, and the cashier asked if I meant a Baconator. Said no, the Bacon Portabella Mushroom Melt, and she said she doesn't know that. She asked another worker to come help. Again I asked for a Bacon Portabella Mushroom Melt and she said so a Dave's Double with Bacon?Awful experience. Waste of time, waste of bus fare.

Ran out of baked potato and large Apple pecan salad at 5:45pm, not to mention no side salads. Last time they forgot my medium size pop. This is not the first time. My husband and l make a joke each time on what they will forget this time, but really not a joke :( Really bad location. Don’t go here, go anywhere else! Update, January 27th, 5:04pm, no taco salads.

Customer service was very rude in the drive through. We had some miscommunication and she thought I said large fries, but I said large Coke. She wouldn’t even apologize she just kept saying “I confirmed your order”. I have hard or hearing, and the speaker isn’t the greatest to hear, and she wasn’t completely clear understanding. She wasn’t willing to help me at all and just kept saying “I confirmed your order” so she was saying it was all my fault. I understand there was miscommunication but she could have been a lot nicer in the whole situation. She didn’t smile once, she didn’t apologize at all, and she didn’t say “have a nice day or anything” in fact she said, “you have your food”. I even had to ask for ketchup without her asking if I wanted some in the bag. I think this Wendy’s need more help on their customer service skills.
