I ordered an avocado blt and red pepper soup. They gave me number. I waited about 30 minutes before asking the kitchen staff if they've started my order and they said they never got it after I've paid and received a table card. I got a refund for my sandwich and soup which is the least they can do. Will never order food from here again.

Overall a good experience. My girlfriend and I decided to check this place out to eat and study. Food was decent, we ordered a classic breakfast and a egg bacon wrap. The view is pretty, and staff is really nice as well.

Huge waterfront cafe. Food is healthy but literally no salt in anything which was ok. I ordered the chicken pesto pennies and everything bagel egg and avocado and potatoes which was actually really fresh and good!

This is third time I've come to this Williams and the place is out of alot of items! No 2% milk, no iced tea, no lemonade. Decided to order food and waited infront of the cashier and she forgot about me. I seen food sitting on the counter behind the display cases and had to walk to the cashier again and ask if it was mine, she seemed agitated and she made some comment to her co workers about it, packed my to go order up and handed it to me. No apology for the wait, no thank you for coming in, nothing.If you want a coffee to enjoy while looking out the window, this is the place for you.

Terrible service! Waited 40 minutes for a waffle. Came back a while later and asked again, she said they were busy and we waited patiencely again. Came back awhile later again, she went and checked and said she forgot!

Nice location, decent drinks but terrible staff. I asked them for vegetarian suggestions and they said there's nothing and I went back to my seat and saw the menu online and found 3-4 things. I ended up ordering a bunch of unhealthy stuff O didn't want. The service was pretty unfriendly too. I have a hunch its racially motivated. Unfortunately will not recommend. Its a shame though with beautiful location and great drinks.
