The worst location. Sell the expired tasteless bakery items, coffee is horrible they should look for the water quality. This location never disappoints you always low quality stuff. Please avoid.

Service was quick but tables and floors were dirty and therefore we decided to have our coffees in a car. This is not the location I would recommend.

A mid-sized Tim's, I come here quite a bit when I'm visiting the laundromat across the street.Food is basically the same as any other Tim's, as expected & the staff are always polite & friendly.Unlike many locations, this Tim's actually serves their walk-in customers quickly instead of giving drive thru all their attention.Dining area is not huge, but enough room to be comfortable. Washrooms are always clean, as is the rest of the place.Usually not too packed, unless you come in the early morning. Keep in mind this is Rymal road, and everybody going to work between 5am and 8am is stopping in for coffee. Ok, not everyone---but you get my point.

Worst service timing. It took us 10 mins from order to receiving two hot chocolates. It’s always this way. I don’t even know why I continue to try.

Bathrooms are disgusting. Randomly close at 9:00 even though it’s posted they’re open later.

I came in to Timmies today to stay productive while doing work remotely since it’s the only walkable destination during the Hamilton bus strike, and it’s pretty peaceful and clean here. This location has lots of good lighting too so it’s very good for meetups as well. The staff seems very friendly too.

I love walking into Tim's and standing at the till for literally multiple minutes, just to be ignored by the incompetent Brown lady who's texting on her personal phone..It's OK hunny, finish your text, your job isn't important at all, and I have nowhere to be.If a personal text is more important then your job, maybe you shouldn't have one. What with all these disrespectful, ignorant, untrainable brown people working at Tim's the last few years? I'd almost rather you be understaffed and employ white people who actually have an understanding of how customer service actually works. If you're paying these browns more then 5cents an hour, you're getting ripped off, because they don't pull their own weight. One white worker puts out the production of 10 browns. Send these lazy dirty unattenitive back to New Delhi until they've figured out how Canada actually works.

I was here at 10:30 am. 7-8 employees were working none of them servicing customers from inside. It looked to them customers are only Drive Thru. Great Job people ?

We bought 2 steeped teas on Sun Oct 1. They were watered down and did not taste like a regular steep tea from Tims. I think this location is trying to save money by watering down the tea. Do not stop at this Tim's for tea!!!!
