As a new customer, The service was not good, even though I asked specifically for well-cooked fries. They served me fries that were both white and soggy. I called them and expressed my disappointment with the fries. I was told that I was banned after they became angry and hung the phone in my face because I was not satisfied with their soggy fries. I was not allowed to eat according to my preferences, otherwise, they would ban you and hang up the phone on you. You will be held responsible instead of the cooks. Customer orders are not taken seriously by them. I am very unsatisfied. they hung up the phone on me because they were not able to fix their mistake. STEPHANIES is the worst restaurant in town.
excellent menu, portion et prix. et le service de Louise a été plus qu'excellent!! tout était parfait!!

poor customer service!!!! they cant cook the food properly and then blame the customer for it!!!! The worst places in the city. DONT GO THERE
