I regularly visit this Tim Hortons in the morning. Most of the days I can see the staff especially few old matured staff are fighting each other and also with customers. Attitude of these staff are very bad with customers. They are fighting in their regional language very rudely. Looks like management/managers doesn’t have any control on these ladies.

Mid February 2024 Weekend. Convenient pit stop before hitting 401 back Markham though a bit quiet vicinity. Anyway, supposed to be nice path to garden centers just to the south Trafalgar when spring return. .

I come here pretty much daily. All employees here are very friendly & polite, providing excellent customer service. Foods good and employees are quick to take orders as well as get the orders out. what brings this location down is the general manager of said branch is always in a horrible mood treating customers & her employees with complete disregard. Everytime the general manager is around employees morale seems to dip dramatically under her direction & the customers get her attitude as well, I am regular and have yet to have a positive exchange with the general manager.Unfortunate given many of these employees are beyond stellar with customers

Decent service and quality for Tim Hortons. They are often out of menu items, but they are quick and staff is friendly. I never wait more than 5 min in line.
One of the worst Tim Hortons for service. What is the point of placing a mobile order here, it is never ready - and I always order 20 minutes ahead to try and give them as much time as possible. Try calling the store ahead of time and they never answer and you always wait 10 minutes for them to prepare the mobile order.It’s the most convenient on my route to work but I would rather go out of my way to another location than continue trying to order here.

Cashier tried to steal our money.We gave $50 and in return received only $23.Total bill was $15.11.We called it out and the cashier tried to pretend like she gave us the right amount even though we saw that she had extra $10 on the counter beside her.

Stopped here today Nov, 29th 2023 to get a bagel and was very disappointed on how much butter was melted off the bagel. It was saturated and leaking all over the seat of my car. I have stopped here to get bagels before and never had issues. I think it would be best if they went back to putting bagels in bags instead of just wrapping them and handing you the bagel with a couple napkins.
