I went in for lunch and a virtual work meeting. After an hour and a half lunch meeting call and work on a follow-up document I was asked to leave because they need space for other people. There is currently no one in line at the register and there are several tables open. I have never been to a Tim Hortons with a time limit before. Yes, I was there for 2.5 hours, but I also ordered drinks and food all throughout my time. I am a chronic tea drinker and was eating as well.The attached photo is just of the view from my table. If I get up there are other free tables around the divider.

Whenever they take my order in the drive through they never seem to know what’s on their own menu. I always have issues with ordering a Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap… it’s been on the menu for a long time so I shouldn’t be asked multiple times what it is that I’m trying to order… I always speak clearly and mute my radio. I think this is why the drive through takes forever now. Have your employees study your menu before putting them on the speaker.Just my two cents

As usual too good , I feel its little dirty at service desk, can understand that the staff handling huge crowd on the day concentrates on serving people quickly. It looks more clean in evening than afternoon . Less food options by evening, most of the wraps are not available. Even donuts are less in numbers (i think its only 3 are there when 8 from my group including kids looking for donuts). I think by week end evenings of the peak fall season, most of the items are running out due to lot of Algonquin visitors. Rest all are good as usual. Put some extra staff to keep the store clean during the first two weeks of fall season as u see more visitors for Algonquin provincial park..And u Tims, Can i get niche taste , new set of donuts. Try some more different set of muffins and pastries
