Food is usually fine, but takes forever to get served and their pumpkin pie blizzard is obviously very popular but is only served for a handful of days and never replenished. Manager should do a better job of keeping it

Small but effective DQ. Haven't been to a DQ with a drive through so this was a diffeent experience. The staff where friendly and the service while it did take some time to get service at the window was quick and our order was made correctly.

Unbelievable how slow it is to get your meal. Under staffed I'm sure. The owners should really work on staffing accordingly. I thought maybe our food would come hot and it came warm not fresh at all. So the wait time was ...why?

And here in July 2023 we still have not had 1 single BOGO 1.99 blizzard coupons this year and its already halfway thru July . Shame on you DQ ~! >:(

Got our blizzards and one cone, was already melted like crazy when I got to my van. 1 minute drive home the blizzards are already soup. Why do I come here an not just buy a tub from the grocery? Do they not do the upside down thing anymore? Theyres no way it wouldn't fall out now days.

I don't ever leave reviews on good or bad service. At 4pm today I had great service, food also great! The young lady working at the window, was great! Not sure if she's a parent but she understood kids & parents. if this young lady isn't already a manager, or in management she should be.Kid-friendliness: Was great!
