I echo statements from other reviewers.When we first moved here in 2022, the pricing was fair and the food was good.Then, the prices increased almost monthly and my menus were always wrong pricing, food was the same quality... would get barely enough soy sauce with multiple sushi orders. Some staff are strange. I say hello and the one chef barely acknowledges me. Say 'Hi', smile and greet your customers, it does not hurt.I have now resorted to driving to Woodstock for my sushi, sorry to say.

Ordered from here with a buddy. We got the Maki Party Platter (7.5/10). Standard. No Complaints. I got the General Tso's Chicken because it came up online (7.2/10). They were a little over cooked and the broccoli that came with it was flavorless. My buddy ordered the White Tuna and Salmon sashimi (8/10). We also got edamame (7.5/10). Also standard.Would I order from here again? If I wanted sushi and I was in Ingersoll

We went in for takeout and we got our food faster than the 10 minutes stated that it would take. We got a few things such as the dynamite roll, the green dragon and the spicy white tuna make roll. All were beautifully seasoned and delicious. I was very impressed.

Rude staff to my young children. Stale food. Creepy bathroom area I hear people banging on the door down the hall. Creepy vibes. Very slow service only us there.
Fresh, delicious food and the service was great. Call ahead to reserve a seat as it's not a very large dining room and seats fill up fast. :) Worth the reservation!!

I used to enjoy grabbing dinner here, also helping out local through the pandemic. But inflation is an understatement for sushi eleven. Plus the lack of food they give you! I know this may sound silly considering it's all you can eat. But when you chalk up ordering 6 of the same thing, eating average sushi and rolls. Mixed with the price they're charging. It's nuts. Before I posted this I read a review that said food price ranges were $20-30. That was 8 months ago. I'm writing this review in aug 2023(a Wednesday) for 2 adults and a 3 year old. We paid $100.00. That's simply food, and one apple juice. GTFO of here. Nothing at sushi eleven is worth that price right now. Not to mention the sashimi they give you is a joke, its basically the topping slice of fish they'd put on a piece of sushi. Sliced so thin you can see through it.The staff is great, we've never had any issues there, very nice people! I really do mean this when I say, Sadly, we will not be dining local for sushi anymore.
