As a customer, it's disheartening to witness the decline of Tim Horton's. I've noticed a significant drop in the quality of their coffee and food items, which were once a reliable part of my routine. The long lines and slow service only add to the frustration, making me reconsider whether it's worth patronizing the chain. I hope they can turn things around and reclaim their status as a beloved Canadian institution, but until then, I'll be exploring other options for my coffee fix.

It is ok for an en route Tim HortonsStaff were ok, noticed they were quite rude and ignoring those patrons that happen to have white skin, but were absolutely lovely and pleasant to anyone else. It was awful to watch and witness, threw me for a loop. Employees should be nice and kind to everyone no matter what colour skin you have or your nationationality.

I always like getting donuts at Tim Hortons. I like the ones for the Special Olympics. And the sports fan donuts, especially the ones for Toronto Maple Leafs. And I like getting eclairs when I find a Tim Hortons that makes them. My most favorite donuts are Apple Fritters, Boston Cream and honey dipped. I love the fruit explosion muffin. I love French Vanilla Cappuccinos.
We stopped here on our Way home from the airport late at night. Tim Hortons had nothing available. He said he could make me a sandwich on a bagel and I said that would be great. Then when I ate the sandwich it was on a cinnamon raisin bagel with ham and cheese that was disgusted. He never asked me what kind of bagel I wanted or let me know what kind they had. He said that they had no buns but when I looked behind the counter there were tons of buns still on the rack!Needless to say it was a disgusting andI only ate the contents of the bagel, not the bagel itself.

Came there to order two wrap with extra sauce. They charged for it and barely any sauce. That was the part I liked about wrap which I instructed specifically. Sadly not good
