We just bought a house nearby and have been going there on weekends to prepare for the big move.We stopped in last night for our coffee for the road. My decaf coffee tasted like it had just been brewed(at 10:30 pm).I have never had a bad cup of coffee from them (Toronto franchisees take note) and the staff is always courteous and efficient.

This location, at least twice a week. I go there pretty much in the evening , So last 3 weeks I haven't getting my orders right.And every time I pull up to the speaker always in a rush to take order. Never let me finish the order unless I said so. orders are never right. The reason that I couldn't turn back and go because i'm already on the highway driving so I never get to go back. Three weeks ago I order farmes sausage wrap for my daughter. The egg was gray and we end up throwing in the garbage. other week I bought a everything bagel doubled toasted with extra butter, that bagel was, half of the bagel was black , burned like Charcoal and end up throwingin in the garbage. the reason I'm making a complaint because I want the orders right I'm so not looking to get any free things. I just want my orders right and Please train your staff. normally I don't make complaint, I understand as a humanbeing everybody make mistakes. this is happening almost every time I'm there. I can't bear with this almost every time I'm there. All I'm looking to get my order accurate and some hospitality.
