Grabbed a Tofu Banh Mi Lunch special to go which included a shrimp spring roll. The spring roll was so hot and fresh and the best I have ever eaten. The sandwich was huge, great taste- could've used a bit more spice, but I'm sure I could've asked. I will be back!

The online ordering service was really easy, I ordered the lunch combo of a grilled beef bahn mi and a diet coke. I got there earlier than it was ready so I had a little wait, no worry about that, it gave me a chance to see they sell local Merrickville Cookie Inc, which I purchased one. I guess in the fluster of the printer not working, my diet coke didn't make it into the bag. When I tried reaching out, I couldn't get on the phone line or text. The sandwich itself is really tasty, a little light in toppings, but still worth the try. Just be sure to check you have everything before leaving.

I placed an online order an hour and a half prior to the scheduled pick up time. It was confirmed and they took my payment. We arrived 10-15 mins after the scheduled time to allow for the restaurant the time to make the order for only 2 banh mi. My cauasian bf went in to pick up the order under my name, he was told they did not have my order and to check the location. I placed the order for the Clyde location and was at the exact Clyde locarion for pick up. He came to get me and I went in and asked and they immediately found my order but tried to indiate they only just got my order, which was not the case. Perhaps, they only realized there was an outstanding order. The servers were very disorganized, told us the order was not there. Then looked again then blamed the system for not pushing the order to the cooks.What I'm most upset about is, the lack of organization and communication. Unfortunately, the server could barely articulate why the order was not ready. I feel that is poor customer service and it is a shame as I was a reoccurring customer. We were left waiting and it took close to 40 extra mins after the scheduled time.They were NOT apologetic or even cared. Unfortunately, I will no longer recommend this location. Such a shame.

This was my first time trying Banh Mi, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Answered any question I had about the Banh Mi and which one to choose for my first try. Atmosphere is fantastic, great seating, and very nice vibe overall.There was a bunch of parking spots available which is always a plus.Service was fast and very respectful.In total, it only costs me 13$-14$ for the experience, I can see myself spending more next time, but it goes to show you don’t need to spend much, the price is very fair!!I wanted to try the sugar cane juice because I heard it’s great but was not in the mood for it this time, definitely next time, I recommend you try it if you get the chance.The banh mi itself was delicious, authentic banh mi bread and ingredients.Overall experience was fantastic, highly recommend!Hidden gem.
