Can’t actually give a bad review bc didn’t eat here and I’m sure the food would have been fine. Just want to leave a review giving advice to update your app and ordering service so that it knows when you’re closed. It’s really annoying to get all the way through the online ordering process then it’s acting like the payments going through and then stops like it didn’t process so you try again. It took out 0.50$ each try which is just pending and idc it’ll probably get put back. Then you have to go on google and it says they are open, so you check Uber eats and they know it’s closed.

Consistently reliable breakfast place. Food is always tasty.We often go as a family and they have high chairs for the kiddos. Pleasant atmosphere, and a nice setup outdoors in the warmer months too!

This WAS the place I wanted to write a good review , however….It was a busy Saturday to be fair, but we were actually told to leave shortly after paying the bill. The young server thought it was appropriate to ask us to leave.I asked if she was serious and the reply that they do this often and that they have the right to do so left me astonishedWhen I spoke with the floor manager upon my exit, I advised her of what was happening and that I will never patronize this place againWhile she was apologetic and made offers to make things better, I asked her to coach her staff so that this doesn’t happen ever again

Always clean and fast friendly service. Food is always hot and excellent. Our server Alec knows us now and what we like. Stonehaven is one of the best Gabriel’s of them all. Our local one out of town is takeout only and the food difference is noticeable compared to Stonehaven which is worth visiting as often as possible. Highly recommended.

So tonight I ordered a medium pizza with bacon, beef, red.onions, and pineapple. And it was burnt.A few weeks ago I ordered spaghetti and it was burnt also.I normally love Gabriel's and have ordered from various ones all over ottawa, and this us the only one where things seem to come out consistently burnt.

they used to be good. now it seems like they dont care anymore customer service sucks. ordered pizza and it took over 1.5 hours to show up and the woman at the call center didn't seem to care. it will be the last time i order from them. so many other options i dont need to give my money to a business that doesnt care about client service
I ordered a "delivery" Hawaiin pizza on Saturday night, and it was mainly cheese and pineapple. There was some ham on it, but it was paper thin, sparse, and I could not taste it at all. The tomato sauce overpowered everything. This is not the first time I have had low standard food from them, but I thought that I would give them a second chance. I won't be ordering from them again, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Takeout is expensive enough that you would expect decent flavour and quality.

We had the best breakfast on Friday January 12, 2024. Kim or server was by far the best we have ever had.Going for diner later this month, I hear the pizzas are the best.
