I ordered through the app, went to go pick up, but after arrival was told they didn’t get the order. They also told me that ordering through the app doesn’t work for that location? — even though the location appears on the app. OK. Would have been nice to know that ahead of time.
I forgot to take pics of our actual drinks. We did a regular milk tea, taro milk tea, oreo mocha coffee, special milk coffee a fruit tea (I forgot which). Some of the drinks were half sweet and some were full sweet and all drinks had pearls. The drinks were ok. Pearls had a decent texture but very bland. I'm glad I tried them but I wouldn't come back. Service was fine. We ordered at the kiosk

Have tried a ton of bubble tea places but Gong Cha is the one I consistently return to. Tons of fruit tea options, and I like the option of kanten jelly instead of regular pearls or coconut jelly. Milk teas are really good too, just wish they had cheese foam instead of milk foam which is more akin to a marshmallow type foam.
