I'd like to give a HUGE shout out to the manager/supervisor from tonight, May 17. In short, our Door Dash driver stole one of our meals. The receipt reflected properly and I've never had an issue in the past, the driver did some suspicious activity, the bag was tampered with, he didn't respond to messages, and didn't even knock like requested, and ultimately took a burger a rings out of the bag.On the busy Friday-of-the-long-weekend dinner rush, we showed the receipt and explained the issue. The manager/supervisor - who was already clearly working very hard bouncing between the line and the grill - was kind to mend this issue and even apologized.It's hard to find genuine good service like that these days - especially since it wasn't even their issue.Keep being a good person, we need more of that in this society.

We came to eat here for a quick lunch and it was really good. The food was excellent, we even got more fries and onion rings than what we were supposed to get. The burgers were packed with condiments and they were really tasty. We paid around 50$ for 5 people (a trio per person) while usually we would pay around 80$ for 5 people at McDonald’s so it was really worth it. Staff was really nice and efficient. We got our food 5 minutes after ordering. The atmosphere is awesome, radio music plays, not crowded and it’s calm. The restaurant is clean including the washrooms. A lot of parking and it’s accessible for disabled people. Would recommend.Vegetarian options: Options for vegetariansParking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Kids menusWheelchair accessibility: Very accessible for wheelchairs, no stairs

Harvey's fast food restaurant exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and exceptional service. The food was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection, and made with fresh ingredients. The customizable options allowed me to create the perfect meal tailored to my taste buds. The atmosphere was inviting and clean, making it a great spot to dine in or grab a quick bite. I highly recommend Harvey's to anyone craving tasty and satisfying fast food. Food was greatThe staff seem distracted and not as friendly as I would hope unless it seems you're a regular.The restaurant was chaotic and busy and while I was there a customer whom recieved a wrong uber order came in and all of a sudden 5 Stagg members were at the cash listening to her story. So maybe a little bit of reigning in on how customer complaints are dealt with.The woman they were helping appeared to be a regular and her wrong order from the Centrum location was replaced by this location so I guess that's a plus.
