Well, I won’t be going back here anytime soon! Went at 7:30am after double checking what time they open. Door was still locked at 7:30 but the guy working unlocked it and let me in when he saw me. The first thing he said was that he wasn’t sure what time the store opened (?) so I told him the sign says 7:30. He agreed and turned on the open sign. Then he tells me that he has absolutely no bread and it will be at least 30 min before he can make a sandwich. No veggies or anything were out either. I obviously left and he locked the door and turned off the open sign behind me. So despite what their sign says I guess they don’t actually open at 7:30. Should I expect not to be able to get a sandwich at subway for at least 30 min after they open? Is that standard? The guy even mentioned he was there at 7 this morning. If you were there at 7 shouldn’t bread be made then? And veggies and stuff put out? If a store can’t respect their own hours then I’ll take my business elsewhere

Its a Subway. Not really a healthy choice if you know much about nutrition but it works when in a hurry. With subs costing around $15 now it would be nice if they gave up on the new menu (you cant choose what you get on your subs unless you order the boring DIY stuff).

Subway is no longer offering lettuce on their sub? That's a shame, my price wasn't reduced and they didn't compensate with other veggies, I left with a thin sub.I'm not sure if this will be on going or temporary only.

I placed my order through uber eats many times I get a sad, pathetic sandwich that has more meat than veggies; I spoke to management they told me to add a comment to ask for more veggies, well the app doesn't have additional comments section on this specific store to accommodate my request, so I call the store, and instead of being accommodating I get the staff speaking a different language and I'm not supposed to be upset that this si is rude when dealing with customers. I asked for it to stop as I don't speak the language, and it's not helping the situation. Result in, no sandwich can be made with more veggies as Subway states this is the new protocol, and my order was cancelled.

Depressed employees and they don't care about there job. Some of the employees just play music in there earbuds while serving customers. Shortage of bread everytime at night.Slowest sub makers in Ottawa ?
This is the second time I have been to this subway, both times staff have been rude, cold and down right not happy. Try the subway in the centrum mall, great service and great attitude!

Truly awful. I get 30 min lunch breaks at work, there was litteraly 1 customer in front of me, it took them over 15 minutes to tell me "one more minute I'll be right with you" which was an obvious lie as they had already started making more sandwiches for online orders. I had to leave shortly after since my break was coming to an end. No considerations at all for in store customers, this place is juste a sandwich factory for online orders. Dont waste your time going there in person I know I wont be returning.
