Inconsistent service. No hash browns on a Saturday morning.. and I got a torn half sausage on my sandwich.Normally the service is great and I'm sure it was just a busy day but please plan ahead for a weekend, especially St Patty's Day weekend.

Ordered an Ice Capp and it wasn’t even full, thought they came with whip on top. According to the not so helpful employee they don’t, and apparently it’s okay to receive a drink that’s not full. What a rip off.

Slowest and least organized Tim’s I’ve ever been too, literally not worth the wait regardless of when you go!

The Double Chocolate donuts are amazing at this location! Super frosted and fresh! The only downside of this location is the parking lot because you can easily get trapped by all the cars lined up in the drive thru. It's worth the risk though. LOL

This was my go-to Tim Hortons for the past 15 years but won’t be going back anymore. Customer service has been getting worse and worse after every recent visit.

I've been to this location numerous times in the past 3 months. Evening manager is not very friendly with staff. Today I come in and order a sandwich and I'm waiting and waiting as the woman doing the food is too busy talking and my order disappeared off her screen. I had to ask how long I have to wait and no one says anything I get the sandwich 4 mins later after they found it on the screen.Horrible location

My recent visit to this Tim Hortons left me disappointed due to the behavior of the manager on duty. While ordering, I observed the manager interacting with the staff in a disrespectful manner, using language that seemed unprofessional and disrespectful. I was a manager with Mcdonalds and the way this manager was interacting with his staff was unacceptable and un professional I understand the need for positions and roles but there is a right way and wrong way to do thing. The staff member had come up front to check out something they were doing this manager then told the work in a very condescending tone to "get in the back that where you are scheduled". This manager then followed the employee to the back shortly after where I could hear them talking the employee said "i was going up to see my friend" the manager stopped the employee mid sentence and said it doesn't matter "I dont like you" your in the back if I see you upfront again I will write you up. I told another manager she should do something about it he then came up front and asked who is complaing and looked and me and started arguing with me in the front counter. I heard what I heard and the fact he would come out and argue with me like that re enforces what I witnessed a work place bully. It was concerning to witness a manager openly expressing displeasure towards certain employees. This behavior created an uncomfortable environment after over hearing this. I hope the management addresses these concerns promptly, as such behavior negatively impacts the experience of customers and the well-being of employees.I would go to this location a few times a day in-between meetings and engagements think I will be trying star bucks for a bit the managers seem to treat their staff with respect.

First time here and I got a pleasant staff behind the counter. Easy going guy who was efficient. I appreciate that he noticed me and stopped whatever he was going to take my order. Nice, polite young fella. The store itself was clean and pleasant. They were fully stocked which was nice. Parking was plentiful and easy. The no left turn onto Eagleson made it a bit cumbersome but it wasn't too bad. Good location overall.

The women in the morning through the drive through is the most miserable, mean woman I've ever encountered in customer service. She has a "too bad, so sad." Attitude. And because of her I avoid this location. I would rather drive to the esso down the road that give this location my business.Dietary restrictions: I have Celiac so I ordered a'lacarte but they charge me full price. When I try to say I'm not paying for the bread they say "this is what corporate wants us to do." Charge 4.25 for a whole sandwich without the bread. They have Zero gluten free options and they are not even willing to budge on paying full price for 1/2 a meal.

This place is fine, but the location is awful. It's difficult to access and to get out from. There's not a lot of space for a line to form at the drive-through either. The parking lot often gets jammed to the point where you'll be trapped in your parking space if you choose to park.

This was my first time here. I ordered 3 Pumpkin spice ice Capps and they were good. The service was also good. If I had 1 complaint it is that there was hardly any whipped cream on top of them, otherwise it was a good experience.
