Was there today to celebrate my birthday and it was an amazing evening at Turkish Kebab house! The place is incredibly neat and beautifully decorated. The food was delicious! Customer service was excellent as well! The team was always around in case we needed anything and brought the cake to our table. This kind of place is hard to find! please keep up the amazing work! Would be back for sure and definitely recommend it to everyone?
Good food, service definitely could improve. At a point the waitress was taking my plate while I’m trying to finish eating. This wasn’t her first time… very long wait but the food was satisfying. The portions have reduced and it is a very busy and loud restaurant just a heads up!

This is a real deal. As someone from Turkey, I can easily say that the food is amazing and authentic as possible as you can get in Ottawa. Prices are fairly balanced as well.

Went with a group of 8 and had a great experience. Had the meat platter for 8 and had plenty to eat and leftovers to boot.All the meat was deliciously seasoned with Middle Eastern spices and obviously finished off with a high heat sear.Even the chicken was juicy and flavourful, which sometimes is hard to accomplish with this kind of cooking.Very busy spot, but pretty quick turnover. We were seated near the entryway which meant lots of people standing nearby while waiting for a table. I think a table deeper into the restaurant would have been less distracting.Also, there is no alcohol served here so take that into account!Parking: Shares parking with other businesses in the plaza and was busy around suppertime on Friday.

Worst customer experience with the restaurant. Called in to confirm the closing time and the guy on phone told me that dine in is open till 9 pm. Drove 15 minutes and Arrived 10 minutes earlier and we were told the kitchen is closed and they refused to serve us. Pathetic customer handling and communication
