Okay.So.. I've been a loyal customer from both Kanata locations however the prices have become absolutely RIDICULOUS!I ordered 2 large pizzas and the total was over $70!I'm sorry but since when has Pizza become a luxury food?We ordered a large Meat Lovers and a Large Willy's supreme.I realize that they're probably the most generous when it comes to toppings but I find it hard to swallow a $75 tab for just 2 Pizzas!

We just ordered a small combination pizza that we picked up at the Klondike location. The whole bottom of the pizza was absolute mush. Not sure what the problem is but I have never had a pizza with a crust so wet you couldn’t even cut it. You just had to coral what you could like porridge onto your fork. Disgusting. And by the way, to date we order quite regularly from the Willy’s Hazeldean location. Never had that problem there.

If it was possible, they would receive zero stars. Firstly, I was quoted 20 minutes for my pick up order to be ready. I waited until 30 minutes passed to pick up my order. Upon arrival, I was told that my order was just coming out of the oven. I then waited for an additional 25 minutes standing in the front of the restaurant. This was what they were telling all of their customers and the front was filling up and there was around 10 others now waiting. An employee/manager or owner then started yelling at all of his staff and making customers uncomfortable. When my food was finally ready, the same employe was so rude and almost threw my order at me on the counter. This location is very bad and I have not been to it in two years, so I figured I would give them another chance. Never again will I be returning and giving them of my business.

First time in Ottawa and looking for something fast to eat. This hands down the best pizza I've ever had. The pictures of the pizza is exactly what you get. The cheese the topping are amazing and plenty...the crust I was in love with....the price was great....I wish you would open a store in Niagara Falls...
