“Horrible, horrible customer service made worse by a terribly disrespectful manager. Ordered 4 of the new pastries online 15 minutes before pickup only to be told when I showed up that I would have to wait "17" minutes. When I explained I couldn't wait and wanted a refund, I was told that I couldn't get a refund. When I explained that was unacceptable, she basically told me "tough luck" with an attitude. I didn't want to lose $15 so I waited. When I showed up a the drive thru window again, she told me that I would have to wait at least another 10 minutes. When I asked to be comped a box of Tim Bits for an unacceptable wait she said I was being rude. What a joke coming from the one that was totally disrespectful to me. Corporate will be contacted as this is so totally unacceptable. This franchisee needs to know that such a rude employee/manager has no place in a customer service position.“

“The wait in line for drive-thru is becoming too long of a wait at most times. Ordered 2 drinks on the Tim's app at 12:15 (while waiting in line) and after waiting for the line to get processed, it was 12:32pm when finished at the window. We pulled up to the window, received or drinks and pulling away in under a minute. I know that we waited for about 5 minutes alone for the vehicle ahead of us for close to 5mins, I think changing their order at the window. Not sure if it's the employees or drive-thru customers taking too long.“

“Was in today, the lady that was working was great. She got busy but she didn't panic or get over whelmed she did a great job. Wish I knew her name. She needs a medal. Great job. Will be back in.“
