Just went through drive tru here ordered decaf coffee. First of all it wasn’t decaf what I got. Second of all, the lady was rushing me to move faster and get the cup while I was trying to put my phone safely down in my car after paying with Apple Pay.Are you serious? You don’t even let people to make sure they do not spill that coffee on themselves?After I got the cup in like 3 seconds after she insisted on me taking it faster with words “here is your coffee lady” I was putting the cup down into the cup holder, she was rushing me to leave so she could assist another person that wasn’t even there behind me by saying twice “have a good day lady” twice! The street is right there after the exit from the drive through. You want me, pregnant lady get into accident?Are you sure you teach your workers techniques of safety???Outrageous!

I specifically requested an iced latte, but I received an iced coffee instead. When I brought it to the clerk's attention, she insisted that I had ordered an iced coffee and showed me the receipt as proof. Although I am certain that I said 'iced latte', (she even repeated what I said) it is possible that the clerk entered a different item. Despite this, the clerk did not apologize for the mistake and instead shifted the blame onto me for not double-checking the monitor. This lack of accountability and customer service was quite disappointing.

Had an awful experience at the Tim Hortons on King Road, King City drive-thru today. Not only did they try to overcharge us, but both the worker and manager were incredibly rude. They resorted to cursing and made fun of my accent and pronunciation. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Avoid this location at all costs!

The Dutchie return was not worth the wait... overly sweet, tough, and small. Find a proper bakery or buy from a grocery store, you will get a larger better tasting option. Not an issue related to this location, although at 1:30pm they did not have 2 of the 5 items we ordered.

We frequently stop at Tim's while traveling and have stopped at this particular location many times. This visit was particularly enjoyable thanks to the counter service provided by Daniellae. He was exceptionally friendly, professional and efficient!

Today I went to the tim hortons king city location to get an extra large steeped tea with oat milk. I was very disappointed because they only put in one tea bag instead of two and on top of that they charged me 35 cents extra for the oat milk. They also used black marker that smudged the ink across the lid. Not cool. How cheap can you be? Trying to save on tea bags? Come on! You guys need to do better.

I ordered my food, asked for points and receipt. She didn’t give me either one and was rude to me. Even after she scanned it and now this has happened to me 3 times at this same location and I still haven’t gotten any of my points yet. The food was also cold and stale.

Food with regular Tim Hortons quality. I visited this location on Nov 22, 2023. The customer service representative tried several times to scan my Tim Card with two separate scanners, but no one worked ?. Finally, I paid off for an egg & cheese breakfast sandwich on a plain croissant, an everything bagel, and a medium French Vanilla without receiving any points!
