Horrible experience with this location. Customer service wasn't the greatest.Bit into the burger and tasted nothing but seasoned salt. Went back through the drive through right away. The drive thru staff didn't sound pleased and told me my order wasn't customized. I ordered through the app for some reason the offer didn't save my customized order. Either way I ordered another burger and paid full price.Wasn't pleased with tone used and didn't expect a refund or a free burger. But most places will remake a burger if it's overly salted and replace it for free. Guess not this location.

We stopped off at this location on the way back home to Montreal region. It was about 19h30 or so and went through the drive thru. The attendant was very pleasant and answered all my (newbie) A&W questions regarding the menu. When I pulled up to the window, the lovely lady was all smiles and got our order on point. 2 trios and 2 kids meals. Food was hot. Always pleasant to have hot food and great service. Don't always get that from inside QC. Congrats team.

Dumbest store on earth. Every single morning at 6:45, even tho the store is open, they STOP serving customers for 5-10mins. Apparently they all take their break at the same time.
