The last 3 times i ordered delivery past 10pm it was missing half the items not sure whos at fault but it seems like the night staff need to be on top of whats in the orders more

I don't know when the chicken strips where changed from the original real chicken breast fillet to the now processed chicken strip full of filler! I'm so dissapointed in A&W for this change! It's this across all A&W joints or just this one?? Just sucks that when the price keeps going up at fast food joints yet quality seems to fail and get worse! Not worth eating this junk .. we chose to come here over Macdonalds thinking we'll get their real breast strips! There's no difference now btw the Two.. both garbage! We got a kids meal and 3 peice strips for $20. Go spend this across the street at panera bread for the same $$ yet better choice of "real" food ! Sorry A&W , you dissapointed!
