On march 31/24 we Went in to have food and a few drinks when the waitress came over she asked us what we would like to drink and I said I'm gonna look at the drink menu first and she proceeded to roll her eyes at us and pshhh us as she walked away we immediately got up and left as it was so rude of her to do that.we will never be back and I will run Dalton ave BP thru the dirt every chance I can.when all you do is hire children to take care of adults in a restaurant with no respect.spoiled little blonde brat is what she was and I hope your business fails do to her unprofessional attitude.

Took my girls out for early dinner and we had two AMAZING pizzas! One pepperoni and one meat lovers and also brought cheese to add to the girls pizza.We enjoyed the music and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming at BP.Will definitely be returning.

I don’t recommend ordering take out from this establishment. I’ve had countless issues when ordering from this Boston pizza, usually getting someone else’s order, but this time took the cake. I received a bandera bread that looked like this when I opened the box, the sauce it comes with was in the space, so they were trying to hide the fact that it wasn’t a full pizza. The worst part is some of the pieces don’t even look like they fit…. Which is making me question where they got the pieces from…… this will be the last time I order from the Boston pizza’s in this town.

I went to Boston Pizza and we waited for more than 20 min just to be seated. The wait was so long even though the restaurant was almost empty. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. I have been to other Boston Pizza locations and the service here was disappointing for the brand.

We scheduled a 9-year old birthday party at 5:30 pm on a Saturday evening and had over 40 ppl attend. We were not served water at all. When we ordered our drinks, it took 45 minutes to receive them and were served our dinner 2 hours later at 7:30 pm.I asked for a birthday cake and they made us pay for the birthday cake (and plus we ordered a kids menu for my daughter and she never got her dessert either) and THEY DIDN'T EVEN sing HAPPY BIRTHDAY. The server just gave my daughter the cake and left, so, we asked the little girls to sing happy birthday to my daughter. 5-minutes later the servers ALL sang happy birthday to another table for someone else. I talked to the server afterwards and was told that she forgot. Just disappointed because I had called a week in advance and the service was very slow and they missed the whole point of the evening.

Dalton Ave, Kingston has great service. The sandwich l had was good, fries were mediocre at best. Service was great. I asked for ice water and got a glass of chlorinated water that was disgusting. Why, when you have such good food, can you not invest in a filtering system?
Highly recommend royal Hawaiian pizza! Great twist, ate it before I took a photo!!Manager was awesome when food took a little bit longer to cook than expected, offered a discount to apologize but not needed and 10/10 service from everyone I interacted with!

Not enough staff so your gonna wait. Chicken Alfredo and pizza tasted like fish water and will send you to the toilet in under an hour. So a touch of food poisoning I'd say.

Always love coming in for a few drinks and watching a hockey or basketball game, but it’s annoying when there’s a game on, sound can’t be put on because systems “broken” or they would rather play music at full blast. Last time I checked it’s a sports bar.
