Second Burger King location in the West End since the 90's and truly enjoying visiting this Restaurant location with Excellent Customer Service and Excellent Food from the BK Menu and am very sure that it is due to my Customer Feed that we only One in Kingston's Downtown only that more Burger King locations started popping up suddenly. Thank you.Wheelchair accessibility: Brand new location with Wheelchair Ramps and Handicap Accessible Door's. ♿

Came through this restaurants drive thru earlier today to get dinner for my kids, all the kids meals were in the same bag. Do they no longer have kids bags/boxes. The mozza sticks ordered were also very old and cold. The guy at the window was friendly however seemed very rushed.

This is the worst place that I have ever been to, 1st if u NOT ordered online/mobile ordered, it will going to be a long time for u to place ur order (NOT because of the lineups, just because they NOT interested taking ur orders) ANOTHER WORD IS LACK OF TRAINING OR (can't think of the words). 2nd after u ordered ur foods, u going to be wait at least 10min or more (I waited for my order 17min, just a single combo), best either drive thru or go to different places. But for me, I will NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE, EVEN THEY ARE THE LAST RESTAURANT IN THIS CITY, ALSO I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO GO HERE!!!
Pretty Impressed with the service. Went through the drive thru..although they messed my order up, I went inside to ask them to fix it and not only did they fix my order they threw a apple pie in the bag after correcting it.That's good customer service to throw a little something extra in to acknowledge their mess up. Not many places take that time to do something nice for a customer nor acknowledge they messed up. So good on you Burger King ????

This is a great place to get a Burger, I like this place You order and you don't have to wait for long.In the staff, there are really nice.The only problem Is I was there 3 weeks ago? And I recently just came to get a Burger and I noticed that the portion got even smaller.That's the only one complaint I have.

It’s a Burger King, so food is as typical for a Burger King. It was clean and well maintained, service was quick. A man who I think was the manager was attentive and offered us a bag on the way out when it seemed we needed one. He was also speaking with all the customers to see how they were doing. Unusually good service for fast food in my opinion. We’ll be back next time we need a rest stop on a trip.
