They may have beautiful goods and gifts but their Butter Tarts are THE literal best there is in Ontario and all of North America. Shoutout to the Banana Squares as well...phenomenal. What an establishment!

Asked for 6 vanilla cupcakes with pineapple yellow icing and 6 chocolate with same icing. I received the vanilla with the proper icing, but the 6 chocolate had chocolate icing. Also I did not ask for sprinkles and they all came with sprinkles. I’m not sure if my English was that bad or they just have a problem listening to their customers. I’m pretty sure it is the latter. Very disappointed in the product and the customer service.

Great bakery in the heart of Kingston. The atmosphere is always amazing with seasonal decorations and yummy smells. My partner and I always drop in to browse when downtown. Their baked goods are all delicious but the banana squares, carrot cake and PB brownies get a special shout-out. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re on Princess or looking for a sweet treat.

Stopped in to grab some sweets for my birthday and the girls were so friendly. They convinced us to get the Zuccini brownies, I’m so glad we did, they were delicious!!! And the cake was tasty, the store was adorable and just the best experience, thank you ?
