My partner and I have been into this establishment many many times, always had a wonderful experience . Staff was always kind, going above and beyond to please their customers.Today March 22 2024 it was the worse service ever, the waitress was horrible . She never asked us if everything was ok , asked my partner if he wanted more coffee never asked me. She completely ignored us, we sat for 20 minutes waiting for our plates to be cleared. We finally started to but our coats on and she came running over to remove the dishes.Never asked again who the breakfast went, we had to go up to the cash in order to get our bill.I am going to stop into the establishment and speak to management about the service.We are very well known by the staff and this was not acceptable service for anyone.

If you’re able to call ahead and make a reservation , do so as there are wait times especially on the weekends . Food is good overall. Customer service could use a little love thoughWe came in and waited about 25 minutes to be seated which is understandable on weekends. However , we got seated and ordered maybe within ten minutes. All eggs fries and bacon nothing fancy .We then waited an hour for the food to come, there were also no refills of the coffee offered while we waited for the food .I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager while I was waiting for her the food came and my mom made a comment about the food taking took long and the server who delivered food said “ well , I just serve the food I don’t work in the kitchen “When the supervisor came I can tell she was stressed rightfully so . I explained to her we’ve been waiting for an hour for the food and again her response was “ well, we’re busy and we told you there would be a wait time “ she was extremely defensive and I simply explained from a customer respective it’s doesn’t look good when other people are seated after us and they get their food before while we’re still waiting . There was no apology or anything offered to make the situation right .Over all I think maybe a touch up on customer service manners and just listening to what people have to say before jumping the gun and saying oh well we’re busy, it’s busy everywhere that doesn’t mean you neglect your customers

A box store breakfast restaurant much like the other chains in the city. Very good menu, the food was good and the servings large. My only complaint about this visit was the food was not very warm. Perhaps it sat a few minutes before being delivered? The service was great and the coffee was refilled frequently. Overall a great place to go and have breakfast.

I wanted to make sure to express my sincere thanks to Rebecca, who was our server on Sunday. She was incredibly patient with our three children, and most importantly ensured that dietary restrictions were taken care of in the best way possible. Quite often when asking for substitutions elsewhere, it’s either been declined, or we’re made to feel like a huge inconvenience; but not with Rebecca! Accommodations were made without hesitation, and she even made sure that it was done in the most affordable way! Everything was delicious, portion sizes were perfect, and based on the service we received from Rebecca alone, we will be back!
