Always great Service..We buy our coffee pods here and it's my Daughter's favorite place for her Bubble Tea! She has been visiting for a few years now. They know exactly what she is there for whenever she walks in. She loves this place and loves to look at their amazing selection of mugs while she waits!!

My friend recommended we get ice cream here and it's superb. The staff are friendly and it's just a lovely spot. I hope to convince my other friends to try it so I can justify eating more ice cream.
I don’t go eat at new places often, and I definitely don’t do places without a full ingredient menu online. Being a person with severe allergies, having to ask questions is mortifying and you never know what kind of help you’ll get, or if the staff will be annoyed with you.There’s now been twice I’ve gone in and the staff offered and went out of their way to help me get something I’d actually love, not just safe vanilla soft serve. He came across enthusiastic about helping me find something yummy that I could eat. For once I was able to get something diverse and flavourful and it was delicious!

This review is based on their ice cream as we haven’t bought anything else from them.We were excited about their seemingly unlimited flavour combos and many Belgium chocolate dips. If you are looking to experiment this is a big bonus, however, each time we’ve ordered a flavour for the ice cream it has been clearly a syrup / artificial flavour added - it is obvious in the taste. In some cases the flavours don’t taste like you’d expect based on the name.If you just order their soft serve with the chocolate dip you won’t be disappointed although on some visited we’ve been skimped on the chocolate dip. Based on other places we’ve had dipped ice cream they do go on the minimal side.
