I’ve loved cogro for 8+ years now but I’ve noticed a steep decline in the quality and value. Last visit I had the turkey apple cheddar sandwich, which tasted several days old and had soggy rotting apple slices in it. The southwest chicken wrap today was 50% tortilla, with little filling, and was stale. I really hope Cogro gets back to the quality it once was, because this was one of the best spots for affordable on campus foods.

Great atmosphere to study and enjoy a coffee and bagel for less than $10. Their staff are so kind and sweet, they always great cute messages on your to-go cups too! Ingredients are so fresh and the price is unbeatable.Especially compared to commercial coffee shops like starbucks, if you ordered their food compared to Cogros it would be double the price and poorer quality. Cogro offers bagels with sprouts and avocado for $5, both expensive ingredients I cannot get anywhere else for that cheap. And the quality is still amazing despite the price.Wait times for such a busy place are very short, but even then, they have their own free app you can mobile order ahead with.Vegetarian options: lots of veggie sandwiches with good protein sources! and if you are vegan, they usually have lots of different milks for your coffees or teas.

Nice place to study on campus. The drinks and cake are great. I find their other food items are not the greatest. People are nice but the service is slow.

In terms of atmosphere and service, Co Gro has always been a fantastic place to study and chat. The food/drinks however has been super subpar lately. Especially with the price increases, the portion of the food that you get is really not worth it anymore.I paid almost $8 (with tax) for a bagel and I was still so so hungry :( . My biggest criticism is that the add on for protein is $1.50, but you only get one really thin slice of ham. Timmies downstairs is much more filling for less.I think its misleading to say that it is a place with "prices reasonable for your student budget."Just my two cents

?Cogro (Common Ground Coffeehouse)⭐️8/10Located on the second floor of the arc at Queen’s University is this cafe! It’s a popular study location that serves a large variety of items including drinks, pastries, bagels, and wraps. We tried a couple drinks on the spring menu:- Matcha lavender: this drink was very good! We were not sure about this drink based on the name but it was the perfect amount of matcha with a bit of sweetness and floral taste. The matcha tasted better than the one at Starbucks in our opinion.- Ice blueberry muffin latte: this drink also featured an interesting concept. The colour is interesting but the drink tasted great! Did not really get the blueberry muffin taste though.**Follow @smfoodd on Instagram for more!

A cute coffee shop esque place in the middle of campus. Came here one night as they were the only place open with hot beverages, essentially, in the city. There was a live performer and lots of tables. The lattee was OK but overall not a bad price. The plain coffee is especially well priced.

The staff is friendly and the prices are OK. The cold sandwiches are not tasty… It would have been nice if they were pressed in a panini machine or something.

The food tastes good for what it is. Service is what you'd expect. Nothing special, but not bad. Atmosphere is relatively loud because of the number of people, but it is clean. It's definitely more costly than other places if you go by quantity vs price. It tastes good though, just not enough to make up for still being hungry.

Great place on campus to study, grab a quick coffee before class or to just hangout with friends. They have a wide variety of drinks as well as food options. Very adorable for students as well as eco friendly.

Wait times can be long but the coffee is amazing. A favorite study spot when there is seating

Staff are friendly, and service is good although a little slow when they get busy. Plenty of food and coffee options available, and the quality is pretty good. Can get busy during mornings and lunch, but can't say anything for sure about later in the afternoon. Definitely worth a stop

takes 1 hour to make 2 drinks, could grow a beard in the time it takes for this place to serve one customer. Absolutely brutal
