The burritos are pretty good but a little expensive for what you get. Sometimes the staff are friendly and other times they are less so. I often find that I have to stand at the register for a number of minutes before I am acknowledged.

I only get 30mins for lunch took them 20mins to make me my food. Idk if it was good I had to eat it so fast and then get back to work. Don't stop here for lunch if you are on the clock. Girl was also on her phone talking to friends using her air pods. Maybe I would have gotten my food fast if she was working and helping her coworker and not talking to her friends. Unprofessional.

Too much rice, dropped my chicken on the floor, and she was not a nice person. More interested in facetiming her boyfriend than doing her job. Decent burrito, but this doesn't make me wanna come back.

The two girls who were working On Friday November 17th at 8pm provided the worst service I have ever experienced. They were rude, had horrible service, and overall made me hate my experience. While the food was okay, the two girls that were working are the reason I would never go back.

Food tastes good but I can tell the owners are VERY singey with giving people any meat... its always such a low amount and always measured so specifically, if they actually gave a normal amount of meat i would go way more often but no point in paying 15$ for 1-2 small scoops of meat and a bunch of filler... i even asked once if i got my burrito only meat and cheese would it be the same size and loaded up with meat and was told yes we make it however you like and they proceeded to just make the burrito half the size.... plus doesnt look very clean in the back and employees seem to not care at all about the quality of service. also no heat rack for pickup orders so foods always cold if you pick it up

Experience was very bad. Girl was very rude and talking on call and food was a mess and cold and she was cleaning with gloves and with that same gloves she made my food that was gross I wouldn’t try there again and I believe you shouldn’t as well otherwise you can end up in the hospital.

Worst burrito bowl I ever had lady staff she didn’t change her gloves before making burrito . She used the same gloves she was cleaning with.
Love their burritos. You will not have to wait too long to get your food. Good location as well!

First time here. Noticed straight away that it was not kept clean, food remnants on floor and smudged glass. The bins with topping options were smeared and different food bits were all over and it was clear why, the worker who asked and added the toppings was haphazardly tossing them on and the sauce was applied zigzagged landing lots of it outside the bowls so when you picked it up your hands were full of sauce. We had 2 buffalo roast chicken burrito bowls and one buffalo big roast chicken burrito. It all tasted bland except for the buffalo sauce it was drowned in. I would not recommend this place.
