Asked for pickles on the side, was told politely no, and they are short pickles. I said the are pickles right there, and was told I can have them on the burger, but not on the side. Been coming to Harvey's since 1990 in Brampton, never had a pickle issue before. Premium burger places always do pickles on the side, and Harvey's was upscale to McDonalds and Burger King. Not sure what to make of this. Since I eat here for nostalgia, it's disheartening.

Found a dead fly in my pop. Employees did not really seem to care or be fazed by it. They offered another drink as if I’d like to drink another pop after finding a dead insect in my previous one.

Restaurant is always clean when I come here. The staff are always friendly even if it’s busy or only if there’s a few in the floor. They always make sure food is fresh and very polite! One lady felt very bad for making me wait while my chicken was cooking but I told her it’s okay. I understand and that I don’t mind the wait. I use to work in fast food so I completely understood!! Tanya wowed us with her customer service and thoughtfulness.Food was very good (the salted caramel shake was awesome), and overall restaurant was clean, bright and modernized. St Patrick’s Day decorations were a nice touch.We will be back!

Wonderful staff with absolutely fabulous service. We love how most of the containers are recycled cardboard, and it's so nice to have real, quality meat in the kids' nuggets. Don't ever forget the fried pickles!

Top notch, impressive burgers as always, fries stayed hot even through delivery, washed ‘er all down with a shake, mmmm mmm. Maybe Harvey’s itself is not the “beautiful thing”, but the way it makes us appreciate life is the most beautiful thing of all. Great staff, nice comfortable atmosphere. A lot of new stores like that look like this can be crowded with no room to sit down and feel cramped wanting the customer out. There's a nice TV feed of American Funniest Home Videos TV that we enjoyed while eating our burgers and fries.I have learned there is no need ever for a double burger. I had an original Angus, my mistake was not getting rid of the cheese as I didn't know it was on it. The burger was burnt only slightly but still had taste it was just too much for me, but who says burgers can't be learning experiences.The Oreo shake wasn't as good as McDonald's. Not grinded down enough, too much sugar than it used to be and too creamy. Also when you get down to it the paper straws crumple taking in the oreo crumbs but that's not Harvey's fault.Overall great service atmosphere with only a less than great burger which is mostly my own thought. Still the best dine in experience I've had at a fast food restaurant since summer when the nephew and I went to the McDonald's play place. This is a bit classier than that but it's still fast food.
