Unreal, ordered a Bucket to be delivered to Kingston General Hospital, Main Entrace. Driver returned to Store because he could not find it??? Driver coming again with Fresh Order, 45 minutes late and counting! Plus I give them a Tip when I ordered 1.5 hours ago! Driver left my Bucket and another bag in the Hospital Lobby and left. Can't speak to any manager at the Call Center. Fools led by other more competent fools! Ordered food at 3:26pm, food bags left on the Hospital Main Entrance podium at 6pm with a picture sent by DoorDash Delivery Driver to me. Wow, can not say much more about this joyous experience.

Lazy workers closed the store 10 minutes early while i was sitting in the drive through. Google says business is open until 1030pm tonight. Showed up at 920pm with the open signs turned on and the hours of operation sign taped to the door says closes at 930pm. Drove across town because they were the only ones still open.

Thieves, charged me $15 more then tue meal actually costs and they did not give me a receipt. Last time I will be going here. If you order here be sure to ask for your receipt or just avoid this location.

ABSOLUTLY FILTHY DIRTY!!! Floors in the kitchen area were covered in debris and filth! The men's bathroom was disgusting! The chicken was inedible! NEVER AGAIN!!! Typical Indian run restaurant filth. Shame on this owner!!

I ordered the chicken, bacon and cheese sandwich. It had to be the worst sandwich I've ever had. The smell was off, I mean, stale. I pulled it apart to find the which item was tye source of the smell. It turned out to be the bacon. By this time I had eaten half of it, I threw out the rest. I never thought a KFC sandwich would make me long for the old McChicken, with its chicken nugget patty, and brown lettuce.

Picking up my order through dt after 9 pm there was a car in front of me so had to wait 5 mins in dt and they asked me to come pickup my order from front even when its ready up front as soon as i enter store where the manager was busy using phone and laughing with other employees and handed me the order. Why can't they give me my order in window when they have time to chit chat with each other
The chicken was terrible. It had no taste and the meat was dried out. This KFC is nowhere near the original taste. Not one bit of salt. It was so bland tasting I need to drink after every bite. I hope this is an isolated case because if every KFC has gone to this new nothing taste then I will never again eat KFC.

KFC has a promotion running at the moment where you get a free bucket of chicken with a purchase of $15 if you use the app. It appears that some stores including this one are set to close. Perhaps it is to evade giving out the free bucket of chicken.

I used to love KFC, but lately it has been horrible, the chicken is just not the same, the skin was greasy and fell apart, the fries seem like they have been changed from the last time, please do better KFC bring back the glory in getting
