This is the second time they have screwed up my order .. 1st one the chicken didn't have any seasoning... This one today 31st March I paid $34 for 10 pieces of chicken and all I got was small pieces not even 1 breast?? And they expect I'll return?? The manager still owes me half off a meal I've not used !!!

Ordered pick up. Lobby door was locked at 645pm. Tried calling 4 times no answer. Finally went through drive thru and as I’m telling the girl if they’re going to close early they need to put a note on the door , she ends up closing the window as I’m speaking to her. Very rude.

Fries were soggy and just warm. Chicken was over fried and very dry. Absolutely terrible and total waste of money.

The worst burger I have ever had in my life. It felt like I was chewing stale recycled cardboard put through oil from months ago. The fries were soggier than a limp .... Carrot ?. The saving grace was the Pepsi, thank God it wasn't made here.If this is the accepted standard for KFC I can't trust any other franchise ever again. Goodbye KFC. Save what is left of your reputation and shut this down.

On Family day, Monday Feb 19th around 6ish we ordered on the KFC mobile app for Bath Rd location. We showed up and they were closed, yet 45$ gone from our accounts. Came to this location around 6:30 and explained the situation to the worker who was at the cash. He called his manager and they were more than willing to give us our order without having to repay. It was really kind of them. Then when we received our order, he let us know he threw extra chicken in the bucket for us because of the entire situation. We really appreciated how nice they were willing to help us! It was also only 2 guys working and so busy around this time and yet still took our order and went beyond! Thankyou again!!

Food was fine. Staff is horrible. Don't bother trying to get served in the evening. Drive-thru is ignored an hour before close, won't answer the phone.Should probably turn off the open drive-thru sign to save people the trouble.Will never go to this location again.

I ordered Famous Chicken sandwich, two employees were on duty. The cashier, who handled both the transaction and sandwich wrapping, did so without wearing gloves and wore an outerwear jacket, which is a concerning lapse in hygiene standards. Additionally, sandwiches were smashed, greatly diminishing the quality of our meal. This disappointing experience has made this my first and last visit to this branch.

Zero stars. Not one. I ordered a large order, got delivered a small one and when I requested the proper order was told "there's no drivers available, would you like it tomorrow at 11am?" No, I'd like a refund. I get told I have to call corporate, call them and they say no, you have to call the store. Get bounced around a bit and finally I get Parneet on, and she brushes me off, says "it'll be 3-4 days for the refund" and hangs up. I waited 11. No refund. Call the store back and they pretend not to understand, tell me it's Tim Hortons. Well, hope that was entertaining for you, because head office is on the way. And I really hope the regional manager decides to look at the reviews here.

Went to this location and ordered a 14 piece feast paid just about 50 dollars and all I recieved in the chicken bucket was 9 legs and 5 thighs no breast meat at all very disappointing then I was going to call and complain and realize that this location is the only KFC without a listed phone number and after reading all the bad reviews I think KFC should not allow this type of service and should look into this location as you are not paying for what you get
