One of my most favorite shop in kingston where I love to spend time. The friendly baristas provide excellent service, and the decor creates a charming atmosphere. It's a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee with friends or on your own.

On January 15, 24. I visited the store around 10:30, the man serving me was extremely rude and disrespectful. I ordered a London Fog, and was looking at the cookies and asked what flavour they were. He asked what size i wanted, while i asked about the cookies. He said I speak first and you speak after me. It is disrespectful to speak before me. I said what are you talking about? He pointed at me and said , I speak first. I told him I don't like his attitude. I speak when I want I said to him. And asked him if it was because I'm a woman? He said I don't speak English. He made my tea and said, is this will make you happy. I am always polite and I respect people. It is unacceptable to have that kind of service.

Nice place but I saw a cockroach near the garbage in the daytime, so they may have a significant infestation.
Always a fantastic place to go! The barista on shift tonight deserves a raise ngl. Our drinks & pastries were fantastic and he let us sit and chat until closing which was greatly appreciated. Thank you for another great experience!

I came in a couple weeks ago at around 1:30 pm and was served by a dark haired girl that was exceptional in her customer service. More than that, the toasted marshmallow latte she made me quite possibly was the best latte I've ever had. All topped-off with some latte art!Highly recommend :)
