Staff usually seems more interested in talking amongst themselves as opposed to customers, making them a little slower than they should be, but I'm usually there near the end of the day, so I can't blame them. They're still usually within 7 minutes of the stated pickup time anyway. My husband goes earlier, during busier times, says they are very efficient then.They seem to get confused, flustered or embarrassed when I compliment them on anything, like their impeccably done manicures.Parking: Standard open mall parking lot layout.Kid-friendliness: Not a good place for kids. Basically just leave them in the car.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide open parking lot, lots of front row parking, but must cross a parking lot traffic lane to get to business entrances. Wheelchair ramps are located in front of each main entrance to each business, the rest of the frontage is standard sidewalk.

I only got crazy bread but it was hot and delicious as always!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a step out front of the store from the parking lot level to the sidewalk but further down the storefrontthere is a lowered curb but it is not directly infront of the store.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza with crazy crust. I was told it would be 7-10 mins. After 15 min I was asked by another person what I was waiting for. She then said my pizza got given to someone else and it’s going to be another approximately 5 min. When I finally received my pizza I asked if I was able to get a bit more parm on my pizza and he said no it’s extra. I said I paid for it and I’ve been waiting for over 20 mins for 1 pizza and he goes back and throws more on and says here the owner did it and that’s all it gets. He was ver rude and disrespectful. I will not be returning to this location. Terrible customer service on his behalf

The food is what you get but their app is a game changer. Ordered food for desired time, Prepaid so quick and easy pickup. Simply input the code they give you on the pick up oven and you leave! So easy!

What happened to this place. Years ago they used to have pizzas premade (hence the hot n ready name) and I would pop in on lunch to grab a bite. Now NOTHING is ready. Items are made after you order and pay. Now I am a delivery driver and I despise going here for pickups because it's always a decent wait time and it costs me real money. Change your name to "Be ready in 4 to 9 mins... Or anything that isn't " Hot N Ready".

Was delivered half of what I order and no one could bring me what I ordered back. Door dash is there delivery people and they rip you off horrible system no one is at fault it’s not right
