Great place! The donuts are all home made and chocolate made in house, super tasty and the owner was really friendly and helpful to recommend flavors. He didn't say anything but when I got home I realized he had given an extra donut for free. The lemon meringue flavor tasted like real lemon juice, very tart and much better than your average donut. I'll be back for more and to try the burgers sold in the same shop.

For my 60th birthday party my husband got the Birthday Cake, Black Forest cake, donuts, caneles and lemon meringue tarts. Wow they were so beautiful and delicious! Looking at, then eating, these works of art was incredibly exciting for all of us. Thank you Mac's Chocolate and Bakeshop!

The store front is in the old Fardella's bake shop on princess Street in Kingston, directly beside Minos take out in the West end. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the aroma of freshly made chocolate; being made on site was tantalizing. My friend and I both had the apple cider and agreed it was the best we've had in a very long time. Pieces of cinnamon sticks atop the ground cinnamon froth was a nice touch ❤️ I also had the cardamom bun, and in my opinion the cream cheese icing was too cream cheese and not enough sweet, but the cardamom bun itself was authentic. Very delicious ?

We got the cinnamon sugar, pb&j and apple cinnamon donuts. They were warm and delicious, although they’re not super fluffy. Not too greasy or sweet either. We’ll definitely be back to try the other flavours!They also have some freshly baked bread, ready to bake pies, chocolates and teafor sale. It’s a pretty neat little dessert corner inside the restaurant!

My husband and I have stopped at Mac's a few times while visiting Kingston, and we have loved every donut we've tried.
